Clemi has been a major player at Bread & Honey for two years. Before joining us, she worked as a wedding manager at Bijou Weddings and as a marketing executive at Quintessentially.

Set on luxurious grounds deep in the Oxfordshire countryside, Aynhoe Park is as much elegant event space, as it is eccentric collection space. Filled with art, taxidermy and curiosities, this privately owned house has hosted countless private and corporate gatherings. It’s a spectacle to behold. Extraordinary and mind-blowing at the same time.

When asked to cater for a recent wedding there, we wanted to create a menu that not only complemented the decadence of the space, but captivated the newlyweds and their guests. Dishes had to be delicate yet dazzling. Seasonal yet sensational. Edible masterpieces, if you like.

A production like this is one I relish. The couple getting married were true foodies and were expecting some serious haute cuisine to match the glamour of the space.

The home comes with its own butlers and waiting staff, but our team directed much of the dining room layout. Creating an intimate yet truly glamorous setting. Somewhere special for the wedding party to enjoy their sumptuous two-course sit down meal with pre-dinner canapés.

The event was a huge success. Everything ran according to plan from start to finish. Every detail was perfect and we couldn’t have been more pleased. You could say the night ended happily ever after!
